Semacon Premium Bank Grade Currency Counter S-1200
The Semacon S-1200 Series Premium Bank Grade Currency ounters are designed with Semacon's SmartFeed technology for very high volume applications and are used by banks, credit unions, casinos, large retailers and other industries. They feature heavy duty construction, operational flexibility and ease of use. The series offers optional ultraviolet (UV) and magnetic (MG) counterfeit detection.
The 1200s are NOT Value Counters. if you need a Value Counter look at the Semacon S-1600V Series which have a value counting mode feature which enables the machine to count in dollars and to total a teller station or cash drawer.
These counters were developed specifically for banks and other businesses with high cash volumes and are capable of continuous operation in the harshest environments.
Note: The 1200 Series of counters are not currency discriminators and cannot determine currency denominations.
The S-1200 Series Premium Bank Grade Currency Value Counters are intended for use in high volume environments such as banks, credit unions, casinos and large retailers. They feature an intuitively designed control panel including a 10 digit keypad for batching along with buttons for commonly used features making these counters easy to operate in a variety of applications.
These counters offer ultra high speed counting at up to 1800 banknotes per minute and are manufactured with high performance, full duty cycle components designed to run 24/7 for many years in the harshest environments.
Advanced Banknote Feed System Technology rapidly and reliably processes banknotes of all conditions ranging from very worn to brand new. Four variable counting speeds allow the operator to detect out of place denominations at the slower speeds or maximize efficiency at the higher speeds.
The S-1600V Series Counters are engineered with Semacon’s SmartCount™ intelligent banknote screening system which analyzes each banknote to detect all possible types of banknote feeding errors. This technology ensures the most accurate counts available in a desktop currency counter.
Select models offer Semacon’s SmartDetect™ Advanced Counterfeit Detection System designed to pinpoint suspect banknotes featuring ultraviolet (UV) detection for banknote paper properties and (optionally) dual magnetic (MG) detection for banknote ink properties.
The S-1600V Series Counters include a Value Mode feature which enables the operator to select the denomination being counted and in this mode the counter displays the totals in dollars. Multiple denominations may be counted and accumulated in Value Mode enabling the machine to total a teller station or cash drawer.
S-1600V Series Premium Bank Grade Currency Value Counters are in use worldwide and have been proven to work with a wide variety of currencies including polymer banknotes of all types.
