This 5/8 Radius knife replacement is designed for use with the Akiles Diamond 6 and Diamond 7 Electric Heavy Duty Corner Rounding Machine. The Akiles Diamond 6 and 7 are designed for high-volume corner rounding applications, providing a stylish round edge with a premium presentation.

This die can be used with the Akiles Diamond 6 and 7 to round the corners on almost 2" of material at a time. No other Corner Rounding Machine on the market offers this type of cutting capacity.

A new and fresh blade surface pad provides up to 1,000 heavy-duty cuts. When the pad wears out, slide it forward and cut a new surface edge for another 1,000 cuts. Select the Akiles Diamond 6 or 7 for all your corner rounding solutions.
