Although a light duty model, the EX 3916 paper trimmer is solidly constructed with a carbon steel cutting blade and a heavy no slip metal base. The EX 3916 paper trimmer includes an adjustable paper guide, blade lock and paper clamp. Cutting grid guides are etched onto the cutting surface .
