MILITARY DELIVERY to an APO/FPO Address do not always qualify for Free Shipping.
Military Deliveries to an APO/FPO address can only be shipped through the US Postal Service. The USPS has a maximum weight ceiling of 70 lbs. Where an original manufacturer will not ship to an APO/FPO the product will be shipped to one of our offices or warehouses and we will then have the product taken to a local US Post Office for shipment to the APO/FPO. There is an additional charge for this service and US Post Office Shipping Charges from that local Post Office to the APO/FPO will be billed to the customer.
These additional charges can be avoided possibly by providing us with a US Drop Point that is accessible by common courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Attention Asian, UK, Canadian, Australian, and Other International Customers: Please note that OfficeEquipmentMachineShop.com ships International orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) using Priority Mail service, FedEx, or UPS to ensure speedy delivery of your order and to provide accurate tracking information. Certain items, because of their size or weight are excluded from our Free Shipping policy and are subject to oversize/overweight charges. These charges are clearly indicated at the time of order, and cover the high cost of shipping by common carrier using required lift gates and performing inside delivery. After your order has been confirmed, we will contact you regarding delivery particulars including convenient delivery days and times at your home or office, and to confirm whether or not you have a loading dock and need assistance with delivery inside. Because these products may be delivered via trucking company, transit times may exceed the normal times defined by our service levels including Standard, Expedited, Two Day, and One Day. When ordering these products and selecting a service level other than standard, we ensure that your order is given priority and that it is packed and leaves our warehouse in less than the normal 2-14 days required. Please Note that if your order includes more than one item each having a separate Handling Charge, these charges will very likely be greatly reduced if we are able to consolidate (place on a single pallet) two or more of the products on your order. At the time of order, our system will calculate the total handling charges for each individual product, but once we've confirmed you order, we will reduce the handling charge if possible, based on our ability to consolidate you order.
Avoid Handling Charges for Oversize & Overweight Items
To avoid handling charges for oversize and overweight items, you are welcome to pick up your order for those items with a handling charge from our warehouse. All applicable charges will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery or billed separately by us using the same payment method used to complete your order upon our receipt of invoices for these charges from the carrier.
