Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) is FREE for most orders over $299 shipped within the continental US.

Estimated Shipping Charges will appear in your shopping cart as you add items to it. These charges are based upon Standard Shipping to the Continental United States. For International orders (and Alaska & Hawaii), shipping charges for all available delivery options will be calculated during checkout since we need your address to determine these charges. You'll be presented with the lowest-cost shipping option (Standard Shipping) and given the opportunity to upgrade to increased levels of service (Expedited (1-3 business days), 2-Day and Overnight) if available. Most products leave our warehouses within 2 - 14 days of receipt of your order. When ordering oversized products (requiring handling charges) and selecting a service level other than standard, we ensure that your order is given priority and that it is packed and leaves our warehouse in less than the 2-14 days normally required. MILITARY DELIVERY to an APO/FPO Address do not always qualify for Free Shipping.
Military Deliveries to an APO/FPO address can only be shipped through the US Postal Service. The USPS has a maximum weight ceiling of 70 lbs. Where an original manufacturer will not ship to an APO/FPO the product will be shipped to one of our offices or warehouses and we will then have the product taken to a local US Post Office for shipment to the APO/FPO. There is an additional charge for this service and US Post Office Shipping Charges from that local Post Office to the APO/FPO will be billed to the customer.

These additional charges can be avoided possibly by providing us with a US Drop Point that is accessible by common courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Attention Asian, UK, Canadian, Australian, and Other International Customers: Please note that OfficeEquipmentMachineShop.com ships International orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) using Priority Mail service, FedEx, or UPS to ensure speedy delivery of your order and to provide accurate tracking information. Although these services are more expensive than First Class or Parcel Post (USPS), we feel it offers better value because it is faster and provides a reliable means of tracking the progress of your shipment. Handling Charges
Certain items, because of their size or weight are excluded from our Free Shipping policy and are subject to oversize/overweight charges. These charges are clearly indicated at the time of order, and cover the high cost of shipping by common carrier using required lift gates and performing inside delivery. After your order has been confirmed, we will contact you regarding delivery particulars including convenient delivery days and times at your home or office, and to confirm whether or not you have a loading dock and need assistance with delivery inside. Because these products may be delivered via trucking company, transit times may exceed the normal times defined by our service levels including Standard, Expedited, Two Day, and One Day. When ordering these products and selecting a service level other than standard, we ensure that your order is given priority and that it is packed and leaves our warehouse in less than the normal 2-14 days required. Estimated delivery dates for all available services are indicated during checkout when selecting the service level.

Please Note that if your order includes more than one item each having a separate Handling Charge, these charges will very likely be greatly reduced if we are able to consolidate (place on a single pallet) two or more of the products on your order. At the time of order, our system will calculate the total handling charges for each individual product, but once we've confirmed you order, we will reduce the handling charge if possible, based on our ability to consolidate you order.

Avoid Handling Charges for Oversize & Overweight Items
To avoid handling charges for oversize and overweight items, you are welcome to pick up your order for those items with a handling charge from our warehouse. If you live in or near our warehouse, you'll be offered this option during checkout (specify your address as the "Ship To" address during checkout). If the option for "in-store pickup" is not offered, please call us at 877.336.6877 so we can make arrangements for your pickup.

Customs, Duty, and Other Charges Related to Shipping Outside the US
Customs, Duty, and Other Charges Related to Shipping Outside the US are NOT included in shipping charges or product costs or the Invoice Total displayed on this web site and are the sole responsibility of the customer. All applicable charges will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery or billed separately by us using the same payment method used to complete your order upon our receipt of invoices for these charges from the carrier. If you utilize the services of a Customs Broker, and you furnish us with the relevant and necessary information including your account number, we will attempt to use that information to facilitate you shipment

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is provided at no extra charge. The tracking number is sent to your e-mail address from our web site (info@OfficeEquipmentMachineShop.com). Please make sure to add info@OfficeEquipmentMachineShop.com to your address book and SPAM Filter to make sure e-mail from us is not treated as Spam.

We are not responsible for lost shipments after the carrier delivers them (per confirmation on tracking numbers) i.e. the delivery person leaves them on your doorstep. The following are the steps you should take if you haven't received your shipment:

  • Call or e-mail us.
  • We will confirm its been shipped.
  • We confirm with carrier that the shipment was delivered.
  • Check with the carrier
  • We cannot replace lost shipments after delivery confirmation has been made by the carrier.
