Shipping charges vary by item. Shipping charges are based upon the total weight and/or dimensions of the item and the shipping method selected. Unless otherwise specified there is a minimum shipping charge. Please contact a sales representative for more specific information about shipping charges.
For items over 65 pounds, the shipping charges are calculated on "loading dock" to "loading dock" delivery only. They do not include "Inside Delivery" charges. Inside Delivery charges are additional costs for bringing the machine from the delivery truck to the location inside the facility where you are placing the machine, and in some cases includes removing a shipping pallet. Sometimes a truck with "Lift Gate" is all that is required to make a delivery. Lift Gate delivery refers to a delivery truck fitted with a hydraulic lift mechanism attached to the body of the truck, generally the back, which is used for moving the item from the cargo area of the truck down to street level when there is no loading dock available. The item will be left at the location next to the lift gate of the truck.

Delivery & Carriers
Items weighing less than 65 pounds are generally shipped via ground courier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc.) unless otherwise specified; items weighing in excess of 65 pounds actual weight or which qualify as over 65 pounds by dimensional weight are generally shipped via common carrier truck (e.g. NOT by UPS, FedEx, etc) unless otherwise specified. Sometimes, pickup at the carrierï¿½s terminal can also be arranged.
Please note that items being delivered by common carrier truck are delivered to the loading dock only. Delivery does not include a truck with a Lift Gate or Inside Delivery service. ( See Shipping Costs above. ) If you require additional delivery service, please contact a sales representative.
Orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability. We will contact you if an item is not in stock.
Typically, please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery unless otherwise specified. However some orders may take longer to process.
Please contact a sales representative to make arrangements for expedited shipping if this processing and delivery time will not work for your particular needs. If you think you may require expedited shipping, please see Expedited Shipping details listed below.
Orders are generally processed and shipped anywhere from two (2) to four (4) business days from the date the order is placed. Usually 1-2 days to process, plus 1-2 days to ship from our warehouse. This processing time depends on the item ordered. Any order placed for NEXT DAY shipping will still leave our warhouse within the 2-4 day window but will be in transit for one (1) day.
If you need an item to ship the SAME DAY as the order is placed, it is possible if the order is placed with a sales representative over the phone and is completed by 11AM Eastern Time. There is also an additional $20.00 RUSH ORDER FEE. This is in addition to any Expedited Freight charged by the freight carrier (UPS, FEDEX, etc..)
We will ship your package to anywhere in the world! For specific information about shipping outside the lower 48 states and to find out what regulations apply, please contact a sales representative.
When your order is received, a confirmation via e-mail will be sent that will provide you with an order number for your records. In the event that an item is unavailable or on backorder, you will be contacted (most likely by e-mail) to discuss options.
Exchanges & Returns
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REQUEST TO RETURN AN ITEM IF MORE THAN TEN (10 ) DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE VERIFIABLE DELIVERY DATE TO THE DATE OF THE REQUEST.
There are no refunds or returns for special order or custom made items.
If you need to return an item and it was not special ordered or custom made, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
If the wrong item is shipped to you, or if an item arrives in damaged or defective condition, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
If an item is defective we will replace it at no additional charge to you.
If you suspect upon delivery that an item is damaged based on the condition of the packaging or from inspecting the product you MUST immediately note the damage that you see on the bill of lading or shipping receipt in as much detail as possible. Your notes the bill of lading or shipping receipt will make it possible for us to pursue a shipping damage claim if applicable.
If the product is damaged contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Once we are informed of the shipping damage we will either replace or repair the item to a satisfactory condition, at our discretion.
If an item is received in good condition (no bill of lading notation) and performs to the specifications expressed (does what we said it would do) and you decide that you wish to return it for whatever reason, you will be subject to a $25.00 or 25% restocking fee whichever is greater. Any and all shipping charges associated with a return, including the original shipping and handling charge, is not refundable. Return shipping MUST be insured for the purchase price of the item.
All returns must receive a Return Authorization number that will be issued by our Customer Service Department. Return shipments that are received without an RA number clearly marked on the packaging will not be accepted.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors.
