The Beltweigh XC products provide a level of capabilities that are suited for users that are introducing product inspection to their production processes and those who are already employing checkweighing and metal detection and looking to increase capacity with an economical solution.

The 2-belt Beltweigh XC is compact and requires only 23” (570 mm) of valuable line space, making it ideal for existing production lines where space is a premium. The integrated XC control is mounted to the front of the system, with a low-profile user interface. This means the operator does not reach across the conveyor – keeping the operator and your products safer – maintenance can be performed from one side of the machine.

Constructed on an all-welded, stainless steel frame the Beltweigh XC is rugged and ready for food and other wet applications. Materials and finish are selected for environments where regular cleaning is a must. The welded frame means only four points of contact to the floor for ease of installation and inspection. The open design gives maintenance personnel clear access to the area below the machine – making cleanup fast and effective.

The Safeline Compact metal detector is an effective and economical inspection solution for dry to moderate wash down environments. Chose to use the Beltweigh XC as a simple policeman checkweigher, or collect and transfer data for production records. A weight-data interface can be provided through RS 232, or Ethernet TCP/IP. Our Print-Stick option enables you to transfer data from the checkweigher to a personal computer or network conveniently using a simple USB memory stick.

In addition to the inherent safety of the XC controls low-profile design, it also provides a clear line of sight, delivering better visibility to your production and process. The machine is sloped and flat surfaces are minimized to reduce accumulation, and facilitate fall-through. Access to the floor is unobstructed with generous clearance under cross-members and the control for inspection and cleaning.
