Filling and Capping Machines | Preferred Pack AG135-S Standalone Auger Filler

The Model AG135-S is a standalone auger filler for filling powder and granular products for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, agriculture, and/or food industries. It is equipped with a self-feeding auger and range from 100 to 2000g.

The auger is treated with ultra fine polish for the smoothest surface to ensure filling accuracy and hygiene. The dual agitator blades prevent powder build-up within the hopper and are able to handle more products compare to the traditional agitator paddles which bend among slightly moisture mixtures.

The auger is driven by a servo-motor which precisely control the number of rotation required for the target weight. An optional Weight Feedback Device can be installed for products with inconsistent density.

The hopper is designed with half-opening wide access structure for easy cleaning and change-over.
