The Model AG135-L is an auger filler to integrate with a form fill seal for filling powder and granular products for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, agriculture, and/or food industries. It range from 100 to 2000 g
The auger is driven by a servo-motor which precisely control the number of rotation required for the target weight. It is treated with ultra fine polish for the smoothest surface to ensure filling accuracy and hygiene.
The dual agitator blades prevent powder build-up within the hopper and are able to handle more products compare to the traditional agitator paddles which bend among slightly moisture mixtures.
The hopper is designed with half-opening wide access structure for easy cleaning and change-over.
