INDUCTION SEALER | Preferred Pack CS-501 Semi-Automated Induction Cap Sealer

The Model CS-501 is a semi-automated induction cap sealer. It will twist the cap on and seal the foil seal to the bottle. It is excellent for bottle caps ranging in size from 22mm up to 35mm. The torque at which the cap is twisted on is fully adjustable and the induction sealing time for the foil seal is also fully adjustable. The height of the cap sealer can be brought up or down to accommodate the size of the bottle. The capping motor uses a brushless DC motor design. The CS-501 conveniently sits on just about any table or surface and is extremely easy to use. The entire capping and sealing process is completed in just a few seconds. It uses a 1100w power supply and runs on 220 volts.
