Packmate Model 52-GT Vertical Sachet Form, Fill, and Seal packaging machine with a “Volumetric Cup Filler” included. The Model 52-GT is a continuous cam-driven vertical form, fill, and seal machine for sachet packing of instant coffee, drink mix, sugar, salt, seasoning, and free-flow granular products into a three or four-sided seal bag.

The film reel is mounted on the top of the machine with an innovative film reel suspension, the dancer system ensures the film's tension and stability as the film roll unwinds. The film passes the in-feed system and enters the forming device which forms into a tubular shape. It is sealed at the bottom and side by the sealing jaw system, the product is then dropped into the bag through the forming tube where the draw-off roller pair transports the film downwards with a constant force. The bag is sealed at the top and the rotary knife system cuts off the tube into individual bags to complete the packaging process.

The 52-GT features a single output system with a rotary knife to cut the bags apart and discharge 1 bag per cycle.

The end product is discharged in the front of the machine by a discharge guide directly into a carton box or plastic tray. An optional discharge conveyor redirects the discharge to the side of the machine. A flat conveyor can be added to link multiple machines to a common collecting point.
