Martin Yale J2436 TITAN Professional Padding Press

The Martin Yale J2436 professional padding press is a single-person operated machine that is designed to handle heavy-duty padding press jobs. It can accommodate 30” stacks (around 500 sheet reams of 20 lbs. paper). The J2436 professional padding press has steel twin doors that provide a level surface in order to straighten reams. Furthermore, the supply shelf and the drip tray each will hold about 25 lbs. of supplies. The Martin Yale professional padding press will hold paper stacks in place specifically because the central pivot point slims down the chances of paper slipping during the stacking of the shelves. It is designed with locking casters for ease of mobility.

The Martin Yale J2436 eliminates the need for jogging. It keeps the paper stacks in place for easy application of adhesive. Also, the machine has positive locking door draw latches that keep the doors from opening inadvertently. Moreover, the Martin Yale J2436 professional padding press supports a spring-loaded tilt hatch allowing the user to tilt it to as much as 15-degree angle and neatly stack papers against the doors.
