The professional CL-27DX Deluxe Element Series roll laminator is a great solution for laminating media of all kinds up to 27 Inch wide. As a part of the Element Series from DryLam, it is made in the USA to unmatched quality standards. It is the ideal system for roll film between 1.5 and 5 mil thick and is has all the key safety features to keep your operators protected while in use. On the back of the laminator is a built-in horizontal trimmer that lets you efficiently cut your media as it exits. Functions are controlled from the convenient LED control panel and are easy to navigate through both setup and operation. Machine includes a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for parts, and a 90-day limited manufacturer’s warranty for labor.

The DLLS29 heavy duty cart is designed specifically for DryLam lamination systems, offering an extra-strong worktable with the convenience of mobility and storage. A front cabinet has two swing- open doors that lock to prevent unauthorized access; there is no wastes space, as the entire base is used for storage. The non-locking, hard rubber caster rollers make is smooth to glide the cart wherever needed in your shop. This equipment cart is made of heavy-duty steel construction in a professional black finish, and is 36 Inch W, 24 Inch D, and 26.75 Inch H. This working height is comfortable for the majority of users.

Included in this kit is also a 4-pack of DryLam DL-G2551-1 lamination film rolls. They are 25 Inch wide and 500’ long, made of a 1.5 mil thickness, rolled onto a 1 Inch core, and featuring a gloss finish. They have a melting temperature of about 180° F and are compatible with nearly any media of your choosing.

Anyone who has ever owned a roll laminating machine knows that preventative maintenance is a key component to keep the system operating at peak performance. Included with this kit is also a full cleaning kit so you can easily wipe-away the natural adhesive seepage from the rollers. Control Panel Features:

• A - Temperature Readout – displays set temperature of the laminator
• B - Ready Indicator Light – LED light would come on and remains completely illuminated when the machine has reached the set laminating temperature
• C - Hot Button – When pressed, the front top & bottom rollers’ temperature are set by default to 230F
• D - Temperature Control Buttons – press the ? to increase the temperature; press ? to decrease the temperature
• E - Cold Button – When pressed or when machine is powered up, the “Cold” button would be set by default to 32F
• F - Speed Readout – By default, when the machine is powered up the display shows speed “5”
• G - Speed Control Buttons – press the ? to increase the speed; press ? to decrease the speed
• H - Measure Button – when pressed and held down, the temperature display shows the ACTUAL temperature of the machine at that given moment
• I - Run Button – when pressed, initiates roller movement
• J - Stop Button – when pressed, stops the movement of the rollers
• K - Reverse Button – must be when pressed and held on speed 5 or more, moves rollers in the reverse direction
