The Thunderbird ARM-60 mixer has a 4 hp motor and a 60-quart mixing bowl and is suitable in a bakery or commercial kitchen for whipping, mixing, or kneading foods. The mixing bowl is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The mixer has a silver powder-coated finish for resistance to scratches, chipping, fading, and other wear. The mixer has six speeds and uses a planetary mixing action to aerate ingredients and blend them evenly. A cooling system helps keep the motor from overheating. The helical gears are made of hardened steel and are fully sealed with ball bearings for friction and wear resistance. The manual bowl lift self-locks for safety. A no-volt release prevents the mixer from activating if power is interrupted. A built-in timer can be set from 1 to 99 minutes to track mixing times. The mixer has a No. 12 size hub for attachments. This stand mixer weighs 1,018 lb. and measures 32 x 43.5 x 61.8 inches (W x D x H). (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.)
