Foster All-a-Board Lifters minimize the risk of injury to your operators and damage to valuable rigid substrates. You can easily transport and lift 500 lbs. of 4' x 10' media. Load boards stored on skids onto the All-a-Board Lifter in the vertical position, 360º heavy-duty rotating (and locking) caster allows you to maneuver through standard doors and narrow passages. right up to your flatbed printer or cutter. The top rotates and locks into a flat position. Hydraulically raise the table to feed boards into the printer or cutter one sheet at a time. 1-year Warranty on gas springs, casters & catches.The All-A-Board® Lifter moves rigid substrates through narrow aisles, doors, and between machinery. Feed boards into printers, and use as a mobile workbench to meet changing workflow and space requirements. Solidly constructed with these ergonomics.
Design Features:
- Body frame is constructed from clear anodized, t-slotted extruded aluminum fastened with metric hardware and extrusion-specific fasteners
- Handle along the back of the frame allows operators to maneuver and rotate table-top from vertical to flat position
- Spring loaded latch mechanism locks table-top in flat position
- Pull handle allows the operator to easily release the latch mechanism and return the table to vertical position
- Durable high-pressure laminate surface, fastened to Lifter frame with counter-sunk (Flat Head Cap Screw) hardware that prevents scratching and is impact resistant
- In the vertical position, boards can be loaded and secured against the ledge bracket to prevent accidental handling damage during transport.
