The Thunderbird VCM-120 vertical cutter mixer has a 20 hp motor, a 120 L (126.80 Quart) mixing bowl, handles, and a control panel. It is suitable in a commercial kitchen for cutting and mixing ingredients for making mousses, batters, and other foods. The speed of the rotating blades adjusts from 1,800 to 3,600 rpm. A built-in digital timer can be set to up to 99 minutes. The vertical cutter mixer weighs 738 lbs or 335 kgs. and measures 50"(L)x 30"(W)x 72"(H) or 1130mm(L)x 760mm(W)x 1570mm(H). (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.)
