Fattori-Safest 998/TF Electric Perforating Machine - Can Perforate Any Fixed Text As Desired

The 998 machines are electrical professional perforating machines used to mark documents, samples, passports, labels, films, or plastic cards effortlessly and permanently with a date, numbers, or letters.
This series can perforate numbers, letters and a combination of the two.

Machines from this series are highly recommended if the customer needs to frequently change the combination of numbers and/or letters, or when custom characters are required, or if there is a need to perforate a large quantity of documents (which can be done effortlessly, unlike manual machines like 929 or 204).

The characters are set either by external fixed levers or by a removable pin, depending on whether the character is a digit or a letter: levers are fitted for numbers, while a pin is used to change letters.

In addition, these models have the possibility of making perforations with different styles and different character heights (6 mm, 7 mm, 8,5 mm, and 10 mm). The machines are individually built to meet any specific requirements.

This series of machines is highly durable, and in a single perforation process, you can mark 25-30 sheets with a combination of up to 16 letters or numbers, with character heights of 7 mm, 8,5 mm, or 10 mm. If it is necessary to perforate more characters or have narrower writing, you can use the 6 mm character height, with which you can make a combination of up to 26 numbers or letters, and the machine can mark up to 20 sheets.

The 998 series can perforate up to four lines, and the maximum length of the perforation for each line is 112 mm.
The wheels may feature numbers, letters, or symbols, and typically include an additional blank space to exclude unused digits by inserting a blank space instead.

All the machines of this series are equipped with two mobile adjustable guides (side and rear) to facilitate precise positioning of the perforation.
The user places the document in the desired position, presses the start button on the left part of the machine, and the document will receive a permanent and authenticated impression.

It is possible to add, optionally, a microswitch that, when touched by the inserted documents, starts the perforation process. We can also provide an optional pedal that, when pressed, allows the perforation process to start.

A safety key can be installed on all the 998 models to prevent unauthorized use of the machine.

This series of machines has the capability to accommodate all possible styles that the customer needs (with different patterns and various character heights).

The models in the series vary in features, details of which will be provided below.

MODEL 998/D
Date perforator with six number rolls in the standard version. The rolls can be moved using fixed levers or a pin to easily change the numbers. Fixed dots are placed after the 2nd and 4th positions to separate days, months, and years.

MODEL 998/N
Perforators for numbers or letters come with sixteen number rolls. The number of digits that can be perforated varies also on the character height: with characters of 7 or 8,5 mm, up to 16 characters can be perforated by the 998/N, while with a 6 mm character, up to 26 digits can be perforated.
The digits can be quickly adjusted using the levers on the rolls.

MODEL 998/ND
It is possible to perforate two lines, one with a number sequence and the other with a date. The numbers line can be changed by turning the levers on the rolls, while the date (or an interchangeable text) can be modified by inserting plates into the lower part of the machine. The setup can be customized according to the customer's preference: with the numbering at the top and the date at the bottom, or vice versa.

MODEL 998/TF
This model can perforate any fixed text as desired. It does not feature any rolls, and the text cannot be altered. The maximum length of the text may be up to 112 mm, and the maximum height of the text up to 32 mm. Up to 4 lines of text can fit.

MODEL 998/DTF
It is possible to perforate two lines, one with a fixed text and the other with a date. The date line can be changed by turning the levers on the rolls, while the text can’t be modified. The setup can be customized according to the customer's preference: with the fixed text at the top and the date at the bottom, or vice versa.
