This compact Model PP-1519 ECMC-SS (Stainless Steel) L Sealer with magnetic hold down and power discharge conveyor with attached Tunnel is only 76 inches in total length. Featuring new Micro Knife Technology - Will seal PVC or Polyolefin Shrink Films. Tunnel features Live Roller Rod Conveyor with fully Re-Circulating Air Chamber, AC Variable Speed Conveyor, 0 to 60 FPM, Digital Temperature Control and Automatic Cool Down with Shut off. A great machine for low to medium production speeds of 8 to 12 packages per minute. Available in 110 volts or 220 volts.

The Preferred Pack 1519ECMC-SS (Stainless Steel) is the top of the line of the Model 1519 series shrink wrap systems. Not only does it include a L-bar sealer and heat tunnel, but includes several nice features that will improve output. These features include a dual magnet hold-down and a power discharge conveyor system. These improvements allow the 1519EMC-SS to create up to 10 to 12 packages per minute. This system is great for packaging boxes, baskets, media, and much more.

The 1519EC (ECONOMY COMBO) is a semi-automatic "L" Sealer machine. "L" sealers require a "shrink tunnel" to complete the shrinkwrap system. It is easily transportable with wheels and the shrinking is time and temperature-controlled to ensure optimal results. ECONOMY SERIES: L'Sealer with "Band Seal Technology" (15"W x 19"L) L' Seal area. Common Replacement Parts for the Preferred Pack PP-1519 Shrink-wrap Machine

Customers who order one of the five (5) Replacement Parts listed and linked below usually order one or more of the others. It is always recommended that the operator change out the Transite Channels at the same as the Band Ribbon Micro Knife.
This is because by the time the Band Ribbon requires changing, the Transite Channels are worn out as well and it will be problematic to insert a new band ribbon.
