The PP-76ST-SS is a compact semi-automatic "All-in -One", one-step L'Sealer Hooded Shrink Wrap Chamber Machine in Stainless Steel. The machine comes with Band Seal Technology, Magnetic Hold Down for Seal and Shrink Cycle, Pinwheel Hole Punch, and Casters.

This semi-automatic shrinkwrapper is simple to use. The operator places the product on the package loading tray in between the two layers of centerfold film. The operator then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. Once the hood is lowered, the operator applies pressure to make the seal. When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position, and the operator may remove the completed package. Options include magnet hold down during seal cycle and powered discharge conveyor.

Common Replacement Parts for the Preferred Pack PP-76ST Shrink-wrap Machine

Customers who order one of the four (4) Replacement Parts listed and linked below usually order one or more of the others. It is always recommended that the operator change out the Transite Channels at the same as the Band Ribbon Micro Knife.
This is because by the time the Band Ribbon requires changing, the Transite Channels are worn out as well and it will be problematic to insert a new band ribbon.
