Fattori Safest 998N Electric Perforating Machine 6 to 16 Characters-Numbers

Professional Electric Perforating Machine for digits and letters, and a combination of the two; perforating capacity of up to thirty (30) paper sheets in one run; max perforating capacity depends on type style, paper substance, and the number of characters. The standard model comes with six (6) selector rollers containing the characters; it may be extended to sixteen (16) rollers. Type height may be 7mm (0.23 INCH) or 8.5mm (0.33 INCH); on request, 10mm (0.39 INCH) types may be available. The characters are set by external fixed levers or by a removable pin to be fitted from time to time to the rollers, according to whether the character is a digit or a letter.

Specify if the paper sheet must be punched on top or bottom. On request, a fixed text may be fitted above and below the standard perforation. In addition to standard perforation, when an additional variable text is required, it will be positioned below the standard line (if the sheet must be punched on top) or above the standard line (if the sheet must be punched on the bottom). A push button starts the machine, but a microswitch or pedals may be fitted upon request. The machines are fitted with paper support plates and adjustable guides to align perforation thoroughly.

The models in the series vary in features, details of which will be provided below.

MODEL 998/D
Date perforator with six number rolls in the standard version. The rolls can be moved using fixed levers or a pin to easily change the numbers. Fixed dots are placed after the 2nd and 4th positions to separate days, months, and years.

MODEL 998/N
Perforators for numbers or letters come with sixteen number rolls. The number of digits that can be perforated varies also on the character height: with characters of 7 or 8,5 mm, up to 16 characters can be perforated by the 998/N, while with a 6 mm character, up to 26 digits can be perforated.
The digits can be quickly adjusted using the levers on the rolls.

MODEL 998/ND
It is possible to perforate two lines, one with a number sequence and the other with a date. The numbers line can be changed by turning the levers on the rolls, while the date (or an interchangeable text) can be modified by inserting plates into the lower part of the machine. The setup can be customized according to the customer's preference: with the numbering at the top and the date at the bottom, or vice versa.

MODEL 998/TF
This model can perforate any fixed text as desired. It does not feature any rolls, and the text cannot be altered. The maximum length of the text may be up to 112 mm, and the maximum height of the text up to 32 mm. Up to 4 lines of text can fit.

MODEL 998/DTF
It is possible to perforate two lines, one with a fixed text and the other with a date. The date line can be changed by turning the levers on the rolls, while the text can’t be modified. The setup can be customized according to the customer's preference: with the fixed text at the top and the date at the bottom, or vice versa.
