Akiles VersaMac Plus Modular Punch and Stacker System

The Akiles VersaMac Plus is a commercial-grade electric modular punch with an automatic paper ejector and stacker, as well as a built-in jogger. This versatile machine can greatly increase productivity in high-volume commercial environments, thanks to its speed and dependability.

The heavy-duty motor allows it to punch over 500 sheets per minute with 70 punch cycles per minute. 14 available die sets can be changed out quickly and easily without tools - unlock the die, slide it out, slide the new one in, lock it, and the "Die In" light comes on, allowing you to punch in a totally different pattern in seconds. All die sets feature fully disengageable pins, side margin control for well-centered punches, and 4 steps depth margin adjustment. The VersaMac+ features a 14" open-ended punch length, allowing the ability to punch even longer sheets.

The semi-automatic punching with optional automatic ejection and jogging allows the operator to focus on loading paper, which increases overall speed and efficiency. Alternate modes allow you to operate with a foot pedal, or punch only, which disengages the ejector and stacker. The stacker will hold up to 3 reams (1500 sheets) of 20lb bond paper, and the jogger keeps the stack tidy and square. The machine also features a convenient storage area for up to 2 dies, keeping the dies you need often close at hand. The large waste bin allows for long punching runs before it needs to be emptied.
