The Bilt-Rite RPD series of adjustable pressure live-roller conveyors are custom built to meet your conveyor needs. They accumulate items with minimum line pressure to convey cartons or tote pans. Line pressure is easily adjusted with hand tools from minimum to full driving force along any section of conveyor length. Power transmission choices include "V" belt, line shaft, and chain driven rollers configured in straight and various curved sections along both left hand and right hand straight and curved spurs. All rollers have spring loaded 7/16" hex axles and grease packed bearings. Units are supplied in multiples of 6 feet and 10 feet. Adjustable height from 31" to 36". It operates a standard 60 feet per minute and is reversible. Optional variable speed drives are also available. Please call for pricing and availability.
