Bilt-Rite Stainless Steel Inclined Cleated Belt Conveyor SSC-300

The Bilt-Rite SSC-300 conveyor is the stainless steel model of the CL-300; its slider steel bed frame has white PVC or Nitrile with stainless steel lacing or endless (USDA and FDA approved). The PVC belts have 2 inch high full width cleats vulcanized to belt on 12" centers to convey parts and small bags up to tote bins, feed overhead lines from molding machines, and take away scrap from trim press. The formed steel slider bed frame is extendable from 12" through 30" in width. It has 3" high formed channel guard rails on both sides next to the belt with rear flapper at infeed. An on/off switch is wired and mounted with a 8 foot cord and plug that keeps the conveyor moving at a consistent 60 feet per minute speed. Custom made. Please call for availability and pricing.
