Maverick MICR V Series Encoding Machine

The MICR V series encoder enables you to batch or proof items at 60 documents per minute. Retailers can pre-encode the dollar amount and maximize check processing savings. Each MICR V comes with a pre-programmed application or you can build your own application with menu selectable parameters right through the keyboard.

The unit provides you a flexible upgrade path which allows you to autofeed, encode, endorse, image, and sort all in a single pass.

A fast accurate and reliable check encoder is a must for any financial or retail location. The MICR V Series encodes , lists, updates totals and optionally endorses all types of financial documents in a single pass. Streamline your daily operations even further when yuou select one of the Maverick's industry standard Exception, Batch, POD or Cash Settlement applications.

Our Exception Item application provides single or full-field encoding for all types of exception items. It is a valuabl;e tool behind the teller row for lobby deposits, counter checks and starter kits. Encoding at point of entry allows proof and item processing departments to operate more efficiently by decreasing the time it takes to handle exceptions in these production oriented environments.

Batch P.O.D. and cash Settelemnt applications allow retail customers to pre-encode the amount field as part of their daily deposit processing. Tenedered media ( Cash, Checks, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Gift Certificates, Coupons, etc...) is processed in one simple and cost efficient procedure that does not increase your end of the day processing time or cost.

Combine the MICR V an Autofeed module to increase throughout and expand the processing window for deposit preparation and reconciliation. When ready upgrade to high capacity endorser, and if you need to route checks to different departments or several financial institutions, add on Sort Pockets to eliminate hand sorting which allows you to grow your system changes.
