DibiPACK Shrinkwrap machine ESPERT 11580

The DibiPACK Shrinkwrap machine ESPERT 11580 is a more economical unit than most shrinkwrappers, requiring less energy. This unit does not sacrifice performance just to save cost, even though the unit is economically priced. Its smaller footprint also makes it easier to fit in workplaces. This system comes in a pneumatic version and requires an air compressor. Thanks to this feature the operator can program the machine to work with an automatic cycle. This will allow the operator to feed the machine while the sealing bar goes up and down as programmed (i.e. every 2 secs, 3 secs, etc.) If the operator does not wish to use this feature, he/she must use the foot pedal to activate the sealing bar. Either way the operator will have free hands to work easily to feed the machine.

• Pneumatic working: pneumatic cylinder closes the sealing-bars, this way the conveyor belt starts operating and transfers the product into the shrink tunnel for heat-shrinking.
• Opening and closing of the sealing-bars (with a pedal or automatically), sealing-time and conveyor belt moving time controlled by a timer
• Wide loading table It is possible to adjust the height of the sealing area according to the product size.
• An efficient safety system guarantees the operator’s hands security, according to the CE regulations
• Automatic outfeed conveyor outside the shrink tunnel
• Shrink tunnel with high performances and low consumption.
• The shrink tunnel, integrated in the machine structure, is equipped with a stainless conveyor belt with adjustable speed by means of a direct current variator on the control panel. The tunnel itself has shutters for air regulation in order to obtain the best shrinking even in difficult conditions.
• Options available on request: boomerang roller conveyor – Scrap-rewind
• The machine works with PVC (BLUE FILM),polyolefin hot thermo-sealing and also shrinkable films (GREEN FILM –GOLDEN FILM)
