Automatic Industrial Paper Cutter. The ERC 6508EX automatic electric paper cutter is an affordable solution for high-volume, large-format cutting environments.

Designed and built to cut accurately, the ERC 6508EX Electric Paper Cutter has a Cutting Width of 25.6 inches and will cut through a stack of paper 3.15 inches thick (about 750 sheets) in one stroke. Blade to Backstop Depth is 25.6 inches. Some of the Operational features on the ERC 6508EX include an Optical Blade Placement Indicator, a safety cutting shield, and an Easy-to-Read Digital Display to set and register Backstop position and movement. The Backstop is manually controlled, extends to the rear edge of the Cutting Surface, and advances smoothly and accurately in 1/8-inch increments. It can also be locked in position. The Work Surface on the ERC 6508EX Electric Paper Cutter is usable 25 X 10 inches. Blade Action requires two-hand operation - a beneficial safety feature. The Cutting Blade and Electric Paper Clamp alignment allow for a Narrow Cut of 1.2 inches. Precision alignment of the motor-driven paper clamp and cutting blade allows for a narrow cut of 1.25 inches. Cutting precision is 0.3mm. Included in the 6508EX features are an optical cutting line, motor-driven paper advance, and motor-driven paper clamp. The digital input panel has a large, easy-to-manage keypad and a digital display. Dual push-button controls require the simultaneous use of both hands for safety. When you need straight and true cuts at high volume over and over again, the 6508E is the perfect choice.
