FMC Syntron" Dental Packers compact investment materials at the turn of a dial. The FMC Dental Packer 118731-A frees trapped air bubbles and provides added density and strength to the dental investment. Syntron has no moving parts; therefore, they never need to be lubricated, and part replacement is minimized. Since they are not motor-driven, they can operate continuously without damage from heat build-up. This FMC Dental Packer's high-frequency vibratory action (3600 vibrations per minute) eliminates trapped air bubbles and voids in fresh dental molds, thus assuring solid, dense molds. Unlike competitive models that provide only a few pre-set vibration settings, Syntron Dental Packers offer variable control, from barely perceptible levels to full power. You simply dial the vibration adjustment for the type of investing and model pouring desired. These FMC Syntron Model DL-1 Dental Packer are completely self-contained and the drive units are enclosed in aluminum to resist rust and corrosion. The FMC Syntron Model DL-1 Dental Packer is small and lightweight, so it can be easily moved wherever needed. The one-piece rubber deck has a raised rubber lip that helps keep the mold or other material on the deck during operation. The rubber deck is removable for easy cleaning.
