Formax FD-100 Check Signer - Signature Plate

Replacement or additional Signature Plate for the Formax FD-100 Check Signing Machine. This Signature Plate also fits the Hedman EDP-2000 Check Signer. Check your machine to see if you require one or two Signature Plates. If your checks are 3 and 1/2 inches high with no stub, You will need two Signature Plates. If your checks are 7 inches high with a 3 and 1/2 inch high check and a 3 and 1/2 inch high stub, then you need only one Signature Plate.
