The Swingline ClassicCut CL560m GBC Ingento 1174 Paper Cutter is a large 30 Inch square paper trimmer. It comes in a table top model with a bottom storage shelf and drop-leaf trim shelf to catch excess trim. The Ingento 1174 can cut up to 15 sheets of 20# bond paper at a time. The foot-operated clamp holds the paper in place while you're cutting and the drop-leaf trim shelf allows you to easily clean up trimmings after you've finished cutting. To prevent accidents, a steel tension spring securely locks the blade in any position.
