The HSM 225 SC strip cut paper and document shredder powerfully destroys volumes of documents with its 1.54 horsepower motor. The HSM 225sc Strip Cut Document and Paper Shredder has hardened steel cutters are capable of destroying paper, CD ROMs, credit cards, paper clips, and staples. The 12" throat allows up to 30 sheets at a time, shredding paper down to 1/4" strips. The moderate capacity paper bin holds 16 gallons, providing greater shredding performance and infrequent bag changes. Automated features include start/stop for bag full or door open that notify the user when the machine needs maintenance. The front cabinet door is provided to easily unload the shredded waste. The compact console rolls on casters for portability around the office.
