The Intimus 602 high security meets the standards set by the department of defense for top secret shredding, but is not DOD approved. This model is a good "all around" office shredder for companies who need the added security to cut printouts to 1/32" by 7/16" particles. This model comes with a special feeder designed to shred continuous computer forms and printouts into strips. It is built with a larger bin to hold hours more waste in a compact, small to mid-level shredder. It has a dustproof enclosure to keep the particles down inside the bin and is mounted on casters for mobility around the office. Features include automatic feed via light barrier and LEDs to notify the user of overloads, misfeeds, and ready-light for a go-light on shredding, Its cutters are made of solid, hardened steel and provide years of trouble free cutting.
