The Intimus 85 RX Pharmacy shredder is designed for quiet operation - 63 dB(A). Built to process labels and other material common in pharmacy locations. Simply peel your label and pass it through the 12' opening to comply with HIPPA regulations for patient information protection. The Intimus 85 RX multipurpose shredder is the best way for pharmacies, nursing homes, medical practices and other medical facilities to ensure HIPAA Compliance. The 85 RX is an in-house solution, the risk of data or identity theft from outsourcing destruction to a third party is eliminated.

The Intimus 85 RX Pharmacy shredder is convenient to use, its dual feed openings are to handle paper, prescription pill bottles, and a wide range of other items that contain sensitive patient information. The Intimus 85 RX has a fully-automatic and quiet operation that allows it to be used in any environment, with visual indicators. The 85 RX is equipped with an automatic oiler to keep cutting heads well lubricated and also helps clear away residue from adhesive labels and sticky fluids like cough syrup.
