You can insert documents with staples and paper clips as the shredder blades won't get damaged. This saves time and results in increased efficiency. The shredded material is collected in an accessible waste bin. The bin doesn't require any additional waste bags thus reducing operational costs. The bin has a transparent window indicating waste level.

The Kobra+1 SS7 strip cut shredder features an 'Energy Smart' system. It incorporates a Power Management system that switches the shredder to standby mode when it is not in use.
