Kobra shredder 240 SS4 is a multipurpose strip cut shredder with medium-level security. This multipurpose office and personal shredder is well suited for mid-sized organizations. It features carbon hardened cutting knives that can shred paper, credit cards, staples, paper clips, CDs/DVDs and floppy disks into 1/8-inch strips that are impossible to reassemble. It features a large 9.5-inch feed opening that accepts a variety of paper sizes. The shredder is also supplied with a sizeable 9.5-gallon detachable wastebasket.

The Kobra 240 SS4 personal and office shredder features an automatic start/stop function, which enables the shredder to begin shredding as soon as paper or media is placed on its feed opening. It automatically stops after shredding is complete or if the waste bin is full. Its continuous duty thermal protected motor allows it to operate non-stop without overheating. It operates using a heavy-duty chain with steel gears.

Kobra 240 SS4 strip cut shredder is mounted on castors for easy transportation. It comes standard with an 'Energy Smart' management system that allows it to operate without consuming any energy in standby mode thereby reducing your utilities costs.
