Kobra 260 S4 is a mid-size office strip cut shredder. Its environmentally friendly 'Energy Smart' management system allows the unit to operate without consuming any energy in standby mode. The unit's multipurpose shredding capabilities allow it to handle papers, optical disks (CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays), floppies, paper clips, and staple pins. Its high-end steel cutters can shred up to 26 sheets at a time with a maximum speed of 18 ft./min. It supports level-2 security and shreds material into 1/8-inch strips.

The Kobra 260 S4 office shredder brings a host of features aimed at user convenience. It features an automatic start/stop function, which enables the unit to begin shredding as soon as paper or media is placed on its 10.25 inch feed opening. This strip-cut shredder automatically stops after shredding is complete or if the waste bin is full. It is equipped with a 21-gallon, easily accessible waste bin. LED indicators provide information about the status of the shredder and to prompt for user action.
