Lassco Spinnit FMMP-2 Two Spindle Pneumatic Lift Paper Drill

The FMMP-2 floor model Paper Drill is the pneumatic version of the FMM-2 Paper Drill. The FMMP-2 Paper Drill is identical to the FMM-2 Paper Drill except it is pneumatically and thereby automatically powered. Pneumatic Paper Drills work with the assistance of air pressure. The Spinnit pneumatic powered drill provides continuous drilling by foot pedal control. The Lassco Spinnit FMMP-2 Paper Drill is a 2-spindle drill that offers up to a 2-inch drilling capacity, easy movable head design, and rugged mechanical lift table that smoothly traverses in either direction. The Lassco Spinnit FMMP-2 is ideal for hospitals, law and accounting offices where iIt can be used for drilling two holes in files and records that use two hole fasteners. The FMMP-2 is pneumatically powered by your in-house air or with our Lassco select compact compressor. (Compressor sold separately.).

Some Pointers and Tips on Drilling: USE A SHARP PAPER DRILL BIT AT ALL TIMES. Generally, a PAPER DRILL Bit can be used for approximately four (4) hours of use before it needs to be sharpened. Apply light pressure when sharpening. Too much pressure may cause flaring of the tip which renders the bit unusable. Sharpening stones are also recommended to debur the outside cutting edge of the your drill bits for better performance. Use of Drill-Ease or Spin-Eze lubricant is required. Finally, purchase Paper Drill blocks to stop the drill bit after it penetrates the drilled material.
