The Mieth 448 4 Character Combinations Letters and/or Numerals Punch is a custom-designed two-piece, solid steel, nickel-plated, single-hole, or multiple-character punch.

The 448 is designed for heavy-duty punching of round holes, single characters, or for requirements that call for two or more characters, letters, numbers, figures, or combinations of letters and figures in one punch. Each punch is built to order and requires up to three weeks for fabrication.

All Punches with 2, 3, or 4 characters: the characters are placed on the long axis of the Punch itself. To do your punching, come in from the side of the material with the Punch.
