The Beltweigh XC CombiChecker utilizes the Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed XC control. The XC is equipped with many features customers look for in a basic checkweigher. The XC control provides easy and intuitive menu navigation with 11 separate fields of information neatly organized in a full color 5.7 color touch screen interface. For added security, access to set up and configuration menus are password protected. The color touch screen offers easy to understand menu options and provides dual language capability. The Safeline Compact Metal Detector is the best solution for low cost metal detection in the shortest footprint.

The Beltweigh XC Checkweigher and CombiChecker are both available in two belt and three belt versions to best match your production needs and budget. The CombiChecker features a stainless steel Safeline Compact Metal Detector for superior contamination detection. A perfect blend of economy and ruggedness, the Beltweigh XC is built on a all-welded stainless steel frame that and will provide a lifetime of weighing and product inspection security. These systems are constructed of 300-series stainless steel and FDA approved plastic materials that are proven in food, consumer products, and other demanding environments.

Compact Design

The 2-belt Beltweigh XC is compact and requires only 23 (570 mm) of valuable line space, making it ideal for existing production lines where space is a premium. The integrated XC control is mounted to the front of the system, with a low-profile user interface. This means the operator does not reach across the conveyor keeping the operator and your products safer maintenance can be performed from one side of the machine.

Safeline Compact Metal Detector

The Safeline Compact metal detector is an effective and economical inspection solution for dry to moderate wash down environments. Incorporating Mettler-Toledo Safeline patented zero-metal-free-zone (ZMFZ) technology, detectors can be installed in the smallest of spaces to minimize overall line length. The demands of regulatory bodies and customers are met by the delivery of excellent performance with high sensitivity for the detection of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel contaminants. Stay Connected
Chose to use the Beltweigh XC as a simple policeman checkweigher, or collect and transfer data for production records. A weight-data interface can be provided through RS 232, or Ethernet TCP/IP. Our Print-Stick option enables you to transfer data from the checkweigher to a personal computer or network conveniently using a simple USB memory stick.

Clean, Uncluttered Design
In addition to the inherent safety of the XC controls low-profile design, it also provides a clear line of sight, delivering better visibility to your production and process. The machine is sloped and flat surfaces are minimized to reduce accumulation, and facilitate fall-through. Access to the floor is unobstructed with generous clearance under cross-members and the control for inspection and cleaning.
