Service Maintenance Plan for a Semacon S-2500
- Our annual service plan for the Semacon S-2500 models (drop-ship only, with the customer responsible for all shipping costs) includes:
- Parts and labor coverage (for the first 3 years)
- Unlimited phone support during business hours
- Drop-ship only (no on-site service)
- This agreement does not cover software upgrades, shipping charges, or repairs required due to fire, water, accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Consumable parts (rollers, wheels, belts, supplies, keypad, buttons, etc.) will be provided at list price but installed at no labor charge.
- This service plan is only available at the time of purchasing a new unit.
