Widmer New Kon P-400-CNCLD Manual Security Perforator - "CNCLD" Perforated (P-400-C)

The Widmer New Kon P-400-C security perforator is a portable unit that fits on any table top. This model comes with a "CNCLD" die to stamp out the phrase in up to 8 sheets at a time. The extra long handle provides a smooth, single cutting action.

Designed for quick and efficient use, the P-400 offers one-line perforations up to five characters. Four and five character dies can be additionally purchased to fit in the perforator plate.
