The Plastikoil PBS 3000 computer controlled plastic coil inserter is engineered to meet the highest demands. Simply place the pre-punched document into the slot, step on the pedal, and the precut plastic coil is inserted into the document. It requires a compressed air system to operate. It features an auto inserter for extremely high productivity. The vertical book placement enables the book to jog down for greater speed. It places a bind at a minimum of 5" from the edge. This all-inclusive unit comes with a set of 15 spine formers and a tool kit. The offcut handling and disposal chute keep everything neat and organized. Accommodates books up to 150 sheets (.6" thick). Produces up to a whopping 600 books per hour. Spool of plastic coil sold separately.
