MACROCODE DROP ON DEMAND PRINTING SYSTEM

When a small printhead meets large, clear dots and easy operation, you get reliable DOD (Drop on Demand) coding from InkJet, Inc.’s MacroCode. MacroCode has the fastest print speed at 575 ft/min, capable of water-base or solvent printing, a 7” color touch screen, stainless steel ink container, auto flushing system and optional IP65 configuration.

The MacroCode large character DOD inkjet printing system tackles various applications with ease. The design of the printer includes a large 7” graphic LCD touch screen, dialogue menu with font reduction mode, capable of achieving flexible, fine marking within 12~63mm. It is available for fast drying ink on either porous or non-porous substrates, making it ideal for any printing application where large readable characters are needed.

The robust, compact design and structure is built for any environment. It is designed to install easily with minimal mounting. Each printhead has two lines for ink transfer. A single line for ink supply, and an additional line for ink return, enabling the printhead to recycle ink and perform auto flushes, minimizing maintenance and down time.

The controller for the MacroCode system utilizes a Window-based graphic user interface to help users navigate and operate the system with ease. The 7” color touch screen provides an adequate size interface, while keeping the controller compact, minimizing footprint. The software menu is available in a variety of languages if needed.

MacroCode has three nozzle sizes, 7, 16 and 32 and is available for both water based and solvent based inks. InkJet has a complete line of water based and solvent based inks for all of your large character printing needs.
