Automatic Extra Wide Impulse Sealers are designed for continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials and are equipped to seal materials up to 15 mil total thickness
Standard Features:
- Automatic impulse sealing with precise electronic control
- Dual mode operation: automatic or manual
- Foot switch allows both hands to be free
- 3 separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, and congealing time to produce consistent seals
- Includes electric foot switch and worktable
- Equipped with two electromagnets to ensure stable pressure for the extra-wide seal bars
Equipped with an electronic timer and an electromagnet, automatic sealers are controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically.
