The Preferred Pack PP3040-WA-V is a semi-automatic wire seal and air operated Vertical L-Sealer Shrinkwrapper that is perfect for extra tall and mid-size volumes. This Shrinkwrap Machine is a compact unit that can be transported from site to site. One person operation is simple and efficient. Simply move the package into the sealing area, over-wrap and move product into the attached (optional) shrink tunnel. With a very generous 30 inch wide and 40 inch long work surface, the PP3040-WA-V can accommodate very large and extra tall products. Recommended Shrink Tunnel: PP3610.

Standard Series: Semi automatic L-Sealer with magnet clamping, powered takeaway conveyor, cylinder arm return, Teflon coated ceramic "V" Groove beads, stainless steel compensator assembly, automatic cycle timing, pin perf, film clamps, casters.

FEATURES

Air Operated Seal Head : Push Button Operation. Verical Seal Head with Powered Film Unwind and Adjustable Inverting Head to Accomodate Tall Packages up to 18 Inches High.

Stainless Steel Film Clamps: assure both sheets of film are flat on seal pad releasing all tension from seal ensuring a strong seal every time.

Stainless Steel Compensator Assembly: allows operator to adjust wire or micro knife temperature, unit compensates for residual heat in wire from previous cycle. Precise control of heat means consistent seal every cycle.

Power Belted Product Discharge: Conveyor automatically transfers product into shrink tunnel.

Dual Magnetic Arm Hold Down: Ensures positive even seal pressure to assure strong seal every time.
