The MBM 3102 SC-316 strip cut shredder features a specially designed slot for CD destruction. It has an energy saving motor rated for continuous-duty that protects against overheating. For added protection, the break resistant feeding table folds up to form the machine cover when not in use. Its extra wide 12" throat handles up to 25 sheets at once, shredding paper down to high security 3/16" shreds. Clearly arranged symbols, pilot light and automatic start/stop function via a photocell provide for easy shredding operations. The high quality cutting mechanism of the 3102 SC-316 paper shredder is unaffected by paper clips and staples. The optical indicator lights notify the user when the bag is full or the door is open. Its cabinet comes on casters so it can be easily moved from office to office.
