Designed to provide fast, accurate tab insertion at high speeds, the Shooter-II can be mounted to your equipment or be free standing for mobility. The Shooter-II accurately inserts paper tabs into the receding delivery pile of sheeters, presses, paper board machines and paper converting equipment. It can insert tabs at speeds of up to 3 tabs per second. The Shooter-II can be easily connected to your equipment by using a micro switch, universal electronic coupling pick-up or our optional infrared reflective optional sensor.

The Shooter-IID is designed to provide unmatched accuracy, thereby MAXIMIZING press time and insuring precise counts and batching. When positioned at the delivery end of your equipment, the Shooter II's accurately count and insert tabs into the delivery pile of presses, sheeters, folders and other converting equipment with receding pile delivery systems. The Shooter-IID flexible mounting system provides quick set up with virtually any application. Capable of counting at speeds equal to your equipment and inserting up to three tabs per second, the Shooter-IID will insure customer satisfaction and increased profits by eliminating overages and shortages with fast, accurate counting and tabbing.

Sharp Shooter Option
The Sharp-Shooter option has the additional capability to flag spoilage sheets with the insertion of a red dye marked tab at the beginning and end of the spoilage via wireless remote or touch pad interface. This feature enables you to MAXimize press time by not interrupting production to separate spoilage sheets from good ones.
