Widmer D-3 Automatic Date Stamp - Month, Date, Year (Manual Date Advance) Check Endorser (D-3)

Comes with one FREE Ribbon inserted into the Stamp. Choose a Blue, Black, Red, Green or Purple Ribbon. If you are scanning in color, Purple is the recommend color as it shows up best. Indicate your color choice in the Order Notes in the Shopping Cart.

The Widmer D-3 is a manually advancing Date Stamper. The D-3 Date Stamp has two Brass Plates: one above and one below the Date Stamp. Each Brass Plate engraving area is 2" x 5/8". D-3 Date Stamp is great for document control wherever the date is important. The simple action of inserting the document triggers the printing mechanism. No handles to pull or buttons to push.

The D-3 Date Stamper can be made Ideal for check endorsements when the optional Extension Trigger is purchased. The Extension Trigger by moving the Text closer to the edge will bring the Check Endorsement in compliance with Federal Banking Regulations. Your Check Endorsement will be stamped where it is supposed to be stamped. If you add the optional Adjustable Guide Shelf - the Stamp becomes more operator friendly and efficient by setting the right to left (horizontal) orientation of the Text that you stamp. With the optional Extension Trigger and optional Adjustable Guide Shelf - placement of your endorsment can be automatically correct. A unit in each department keeps personnel alert to their responsibilities, and allows you to pin-point bottlenecks.

Maximum Height of Documents that can be inserted into the stamp and the stamp will still print: 3/8 inch. If you anticipate inserting documents that are close to the acceptable limit into the machine, we recommend you purchase the Custom Baffle.

This product is fully customizable by the manufacturer to fit your needs. Prints 1/8" from the edge of the document. Call for other options. This model is also available with a removable upper die (Model D-RSU-3) Also available for 220 voltage.
