Widmer RS-ETV Automatic Transcript Validator: Security Ink Emboss and Print 9RS-ETV)

The Widmer RS-ETV transcript validator will sign, date, and emboss transcripts/documents in one pass through the high speed imprinter at a rate of 120 documents per minute. It comes equipped with an automatic feed to load the transcripts into the machine for stamping, embossing, and verification.

The college's seal is embossed into the paper with ink highlights to avoid duplication. The registrar's signature, title, institutional name, and date are imprinted in indelible ink.

This is one of the only machines designed to replace manual stamping and signing of each school transcript.

Dual security locks and dual ink rolls provide added protection. Dual counters track the number of transcripts being processed.

The customer is required to send artwork or legible copy of the seal, signature signed three times in blue or black ink on white paper, official title of the person signing, and a sample of the document(s) that will be stamped. This information will be used to tailor the validator to the customers' needs. Also available for 220 voltage.
