The Preferred Pack Model PP-YTV is a Tabletop Manually Operated “Shuttle Style” Tray Sealer with “MAP” Modified Atmosphere Packaging-Gas Flush for extending the shelf life of your product ! This unit will seal lidding film to the tray and “Die Cut Excess Film Around the Tray” for a nice clean retail appearance. The operator simple removes the excess die cut film from around the package. This is a fast and easy way to seal low to medium quantities of trays at an affordable price.
This manual shuttle style tray sealing machine is designed as a tabletop unit or it can be placed on a bench and used for sealing lidding film to trays. The operator simply loads the tray or trays into the tooling cavity and by grabbing the handle moves the tooling die forward into the sealing area where the lidding film will be sealed to the tray and the gas flush is injected into the tray prior to sealing or container for an attractive look and the film will be die cut around the tray via the top tooling cutting die. The temperature and sealing time can be set depending on the type of tray and material thickness being used. The film is then automatically positioned for the next package. Easy changeover of tooling allows operator to run different trays sizes easily.
