The Model PPS-4XL Weigh/Fill System is designed with an extra large weigh bucket and funnel to accurately weigh and fill a wide variety of dry products into a bag or container at higher speeds with greater accuracy and at a lower cost than can be done manually.

Example: To run a relatively free-flowing product into a 1lb package, the product is loaded into the 26 gallon supply hopper, and the total weight is set at 1lb (454 grams) and the vibration levels needed to achieve good product flow. Once the fill rate is reached the operator will depress the foot switch and the weigh bucket will open to discharge it’s contents into a bag or container and the PP-S4XL will start the cycle over again. The bag is removed and can then be sealed on a band sealer if required. Each successive bag or container is now filled by placing it under the funnel and depressing the foot pedal.
