This Free-Standing Vacuum Chamber Machine is on casters and can be easily moved to different locations for high volume commercial food service distribution centers.

With the large chamber dimension of 31.7” x 23.8” x 7.5” and Sealing Dimensinos of Chamber Sealing Dimensions: 29.5” x 21.6” x 7.5” large products can be packaged like whole Salmon sides or complete roast beef sides can be packed without any problems.

This unit features two different sealing bars which form an “L” type to satisfy different bag sizes and bag length requirements.

The most valuable benefit of these floor model versions is their increased portability as they are equipped with heavy duty casters and can be rolled from room to room without the need for heavy lifting or usable table space. Consisting of a fully enclosed Stainless Steel Base with a reinforced chamber deck and heavy-gauge lid, these machines are anything but light duty. Understanding the high demands set forth by the industry no corners were cut in the construction of the 800 series chamber machines.
